JS Tree & Garden Services LTD is a professional tree surgery and garden maintenance company based in Ipswich, United Kingdom. We provide reliable and affordable tree and garden services to residential and commercial customers.

We provide services including but not limited to:

• Tree Surgery (Lopping, Topping, Pollarding)
• Removal of dead or dangerous branches
• Full tree removals
• Stump & root treatment
• Garden clean-ups & waste clearance
• Landscaping services

Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the agreed scope of work. Any additional work requested may result in additional charges.

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins and payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure clear access to the work area and inform us of any underground utilities, hidden hazards, or relevant site conditions before work begins.

Pets and children must be kept away from the work area during service for safety reasons.

Health & Safety

All work is carried out in accordance with professional safety standards. We reserve the right to postpone work in unsafe weather conditions or where safety risks are identified.

Liability

We take reasonable care in carrying out our services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural weaknesses, or undisclosed site hazards.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control.

Waste Disposal

All green waste will be removed and disposed of responsibly unless otherwise agreed with the customer prior to work commencement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
